  4. All Commercial Invoices should contain at least six-digit Harmonized System (HS) Codes (i.e. Schedule B Number) for items in that shipment.

  5. A copy of each original document must be included for the Chamber files. There is no charge for this copy. Please separate the Chamber copies from the documents to be legalized or certified, attach the check, and then mark them "Chamber Copies."

  6. Normally basic legalization and/or certification of documents could be completed by our counsel, the same day they are received, provided they are completed correctly as required, with proper forwarding arrangements. For all return mail (or express mail) please attach a stamped, self-addressed envelope. For return by overnight courier, please attach a fully completed air way bill including the following: Your account number, company name, address and phone number as "shipper." The appropriate boxes checked and completed, such as "bill recipient"/"bill third party with your account number of your courier." As a courtesy, the Chamber calls the indicated courier for pickups.

  7. Fees: Original Document from HK$250.00 per page /copy of the original HK$50.00 per page. Personal cheques are not accepted. The Chamber accepts Cash and Company cheques. If paying by money order or cashiers check, please include your company name, address, and telephone number. Cheques should be made payable to the ARABCCI Services Limited. Kindly ensure that the correct amount is enclosed with documents, since the Chamber cannot invoice for shortages or omission.

  8. For forwarding to a consular or an embassy office, please enclose an instruction sheet and a return courier waybill or return stamped addressed envelope from them back to your office.

  9. Please note that no documents will be forwarded to any Consulate or Embassy without a correct check to cover their fees and a return stamped envelope from them back to sender. ARABCCI charges a minimum of HK$100.00 to have your documents sent by its messenger the same day to the designated Consulate or Embassy provided the documents arrive before noon.
