Shariah Law & Arbitration Efficiency Symposium

An appreciation of the Arbitration process in the Arab world requires a return to basics in an ever increasing demand for information on international commercial arbitration comparativeness within the Arab World as manifested in a conference organized in Tunis “June 2007” by the ICC and two local organizations presenting a broad picture of arbitration in the region.

Shariah Law & Arbitration Efficiency Symposium will address the Arab Convention on Commercial Arbitration and issues of Unified Arab Rules on commercial arbitrations encompassing the practicality of Arbitration due- process.

The Symposium aims at exposing and highlighting the efficiency of Arbitration within the contexts of comparative law.
