Middle-East Placement & Investment Road-Show

The Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Hong Kong “ARABCCI” is pleased to announce its scheduled Arab World Placement & Investment Road-Shows. The Road-Show will allow Hong Kong and PRC based companies to meet with and present their corporate fund raising and expansion plans to select institutional and private capitals from throughout the Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC) i.e. Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & the United Arab Emirates.

Participation in the Road-Show is open to duly registered corporate members of ARABCCI. As the Road-Show will only accommodate a limited number of companies, please contact ARABCCI today to secure a reservation for your company’s participation.

General Information

Participating Companies A maximum of seven (7) participating companies at the time will part-take in each mission. For a basic participation fee, each participating company will be entitled to send a maximum of two (2) principal candidates attending the Middle East Road-Show (MERS). Additional candidates representing the same company will be charged at a concessionary rate.

Investors Are from a large number of Arab and Islamic institutional, public and private family enterprises. Investor contacts are maintained by the Road-Show Management Company, a selected cross section of senior representatives from these investors will be selected to attend the corporate/investment presentations made by participating companies.

MERS Format The presentation format is as friendly as possible and matched on the basis of actual pre-established investment interests. Maximum time will be allowed for detailed investment discussions after the formal presentations. Networking opportunities will be further enhanced through lunches and dinners. Visits to selected investor’s offices for follow up discussions will be arranged upon invitation by the respective investors.

Event Details

Participation Considerations We have been informed, that some of the big four Accounting firms in the Middle East are currently charging some American, European and Asian companies around US$200,000 each for similar Road-Show arrangements.

ARABCCI has however, through its extensive connections, been able to negotiate and secure a much lower rate for the MERS Participation.

MERS Participation Fees The costs for upcoming MERS will be made available to ARABCCI members upon request directly by the Road-Show Managers.

Please note that MERS participation fees are not charged by ARABCCI but by an independent Road-Show Management Company that has been successfully managing Investment Road-Shows to the Middle East. ARABCCI has been informed that the MERS Participation Fee charged will cover: Admission for up to two (2) representatives per company, full corporate investment presentation time, business class return air tickets, five star hotel accommodation in Bahrain, all scheduled meals and all scheduled transportation within Bahrain to investor’s office visits.

Introducer Benefits Members who successfully introduce at least two Participating Companies for any MERS will receive an all expense paid (Travel, Food and Accommodation) invitation from the Road-Show Managers for them to attend the event as a non participating guest.
